2. Products and services

• Online video courses: digital streaming content, accessible from your account area after purchase, with unlimited access over time unless otherwise stated.
• Master Pass: a one-time purchase that unlocks access to the video courses listed on its dedicated page.
• In-person masterclasses: training days at our workshop in Taino (VA), Italy, with date, location and number of places shown on the page.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made online at the time of the order using the methods available at checkout. The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation; digital content access is activated immediately afterwards, and in-person masterclass bookings are confirmed by email.

4. Account and access to content

A personal account is required to access digital content. Credentials are personal and non-transferable: sharing access, recording, downloading, copying or redistributing content in any form is prohibited. Violations lead to account suspension without refund.

5. Right of withdrawal — digital content

Under Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. However, for digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium (video courses and Master Pass), pursuant to Art. 59(1)(o) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded where performance has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal: activating access to the videos immediately after payment constitutes such performance.

6. Withdrawal, postponement and cancellation — in-person masterclasses

For in-person masterclasses you may withdraw by writing to info@fireofpassion.it: up to 14 days before the event date a full refund is provided; after that deadline, if you are unable to attend, you may move your booking to another available date. If we cancel or postpone the event, you may choose between a new date or a full refund of the amount paid.

7. Intellectual property

All site and course content (videos, texts, images, downloadable materials, trademarks and logos) is the exclusive property of M.L.C. — Multi Lab Concept s.r.l.s. or the respective owners and is protected by copyright law. A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use.

8. Limitation of liability

Training content is for educational purposes: working with resins and technical materials involves risks and requires the protective equipment indicated. We are not liable for damage arising from improper use of the techniques shown or from technical service interruptions not attributable to our fault.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. Before going to court you can contact us for an amicable resolution: we always reply.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments apply to purchases made after publication on the site.
